REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for classes, workshops, intensives, private lessons, or special events.
If you are unable to attend a booked class, workshop, intensive, private lesson, or event, class credit may be requested within 48 hours of booking. Approved credits may only be applied toward a future Built For Heels class, workshop, or intensive of equal value.
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used toward future Built For Heels services.
Failure to attend any scheduled event without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in Built For Heels classes, workshops, intensives, private lessons, or events, participants acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent physical risk. Built For Heels and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during participation.
MEDIA RELEASE
Built For Heels reserves the right to photograph and record classes, workshops, intensives, and events for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. By participating, attendees consent to the use of photo and video content on social media, websites, and promotional platforms.
CLASS CHANGES
Built For Heels reserves the right to make changes to instructors, schedules, locations, or class formats when necessary.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Built For Heels is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class or events without refund.
